To empower our organization in executing our global strategy, it was imperative to build foundational DE&I knowledge and capabilities, including inclusive leadership.
Under my leadership, LS&Co.'s global workforce - from retail stores to the C-Suite - embarked on a learning journey committed to building and sustaining an inclusive culture.

DE&I Talent Development Programs Make the Difference
In 2020, LS&Co. shared their DE&I Commitments and have been working toward progress to grow, develop, and retain BIPOC and women talent. Research shows, both internally and externally, that employees that fall within this demographic have inequitable experiences growing their careers.
Two talent development programs launched in 2022 to address systemic issues and support leaders on their journeys. The programs, LS&Co. Lab and Elevate: Accelerate your Career, will be offered annually on an ongoing basis.

Developed multi-year Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) global learning strategy and employee curriculum roadmap tailored to the organization’s vision, purpose and values as well ED&I strategy and framework.

Alignment with our purpose and values is at the root of this blended learning solution that was designed for people leaders around the globe to reflect and act on establishing inclusive behaviors that permeate their respective teams and impact the culture at Hyatt.
