Ashanti Morgan is a strategic global leader in Talent Development, Leadership Strategy, and Culture Transformation, with over 20 years of experience driving impact across Fortune 500 companies, public-sector organizations, and nonprofits. A trusted C-suite advisor, she partners with key stakeholders to design high-impact talent strategies, leadership pipelines, and inclusive workplace cultures that accelerate business performance and workforce engagement.

As the Founder of AKM Global Consulting LLC, Ashanti advises global organizations on talent optimization, leadership development, and culture transformation. She has successfully led initiatives that enhanced executive representation, increased employee engagement, and strengthened leadership effectiveness at industry-leading companies.

Her corporate experience spans Kellogg’s (Kellanova), Hyatt Hotels, Levi Strauss & Co., and Tractor Supply Co., where she has led enterprise-wide leadership development, talent strategy, and culture transformation initiatives. From designing global learning frameworks to embedding inclusive leadership principles into talent processes, she has influenced executive decision-making, strengthened leadership pipelines, and driven measurable business impact across organizations. Her work in workforce analytics and HR governance has also helped organizations optimize retention, increase leadership representation, and align talent strategies with business goals.

Ashanti holds a Master’s in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor’s in Organizational & Corporate Communication from Northern Illinois University. She is a fellow of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business & Chicago Urban League’s IMPACT Leadership Program and holds certifications in Korn Ferry 360 and IDI (Intercultural Development Inventory).
